Its district capital is the settlement of Otamanzi, it further contains the settlements of Onandjo, Kelimwe, Etilyasa, Onanyala, Onkani, Iiyekeya, Epato, Amarika, Etsikilo, and Onkaankaa. Otamanzi constituency is traditionally a stronghold of the South West Africa People's Organization (SWAPO) party.
